At Masala Munch, we take great pride in the quality of our Indian snack boxes. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
We strive to ensure your snacks arrive in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or does not match its description, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please email us at crunch@masalamunch.com.au with the following details:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Photographs of the damaged product or packaging.
Our team will review your case individually to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Exceptions:
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchases.
- Items that have been opened or consumed.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
