Shipping & Delivery

Courier Service: We use Aramex for all deliveries to ensure your snack boxes arrive safely. Because Aramex is a courier service, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers.

Address Requirements: Please provide a physical residential or business street address at checkout.

PO Box Orders: If a PO Box or Parcel Locker address is provided, your order will be placed on hold, and we will contact you for an alternative address. If no street address can be provided, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus any processing fees.

Standard Delivery Times:

Sydney Metro: 2–4 business days.

Interstate/Regional: 4–8 business days.
