Shipping & Delivery

Courier Service: We use courier services for all deliveries to ensure your snack boxes arrive safely. Courier services cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Please select Australia Post as shipping option in that case.

Address Requirements: Please provide a physical residential or business street address at checkout.

PO Box Orders: If a PO Box or Parcel Locker address is provided, your order will be placed on hold, and we will contact you for an alternative address. If no street address can be provided, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus any processing fees.

Standard Delivery Times:

Sydney Metro: 2–4 business days.

Interstate/Regional: 4–8 business days.
